Improve your agility, performance and recovery
Sports Massage focuses on specific muscles used by the athlete to enhance performance in your chosen sport. A programme of Sports Massage can provide injury rehabilitation, enhance athletic endurance, decrease chances of getting injured, plus shorten recovery times after athletic activity.
At the Harvey Centre, together we will create a plan to help you reach your goals, maintain your agility, plus recover after the event whether it's a weekly training or Ironman.
My integrated approach utilises Neuromuscular Therapy, targeted stretching and Swedish Massage.

Julianne is extremely knowledgeable and friendly
“I have been booking regular Sports Massages with Julianne for the past 20 years. I have been training for, and racing in, triathlons during this period.
I am very conscious of the benefits of sports massage for injury prevention given a high volume of training. Julianne is extremely knowledgeable and friendly and I have been delighted with the benefits of her sports massage therapy, so far I have remained injury free, and aches and soreness are always eased with visits to her clinic. Additionally, tightness in my hamstrings has been eased by Julianne’s knowledge of specific stretches to follow. I would definitely recommend regular sports massages to any active person especially when an event is the main goal!”
